FAQ’s

Are you insured?

So this is a question which may come up from time to time, we are happy to confirm we are a member of The Alliance of Mobile & Party DJ’s. This membership covers us for up to £10m public liability insurance and we always have a copy of our certificate on hand should a venue require to see this. This is a must have and some venues will not allow access without this being in place.

For added peace of mind you can click the link below to verify we are still fully insured before proceeding with any booking inquiries.

Do you take requests?

At PJ’s Entertainment we both welcome & encourage client and guest requests for both music and the flow of the evening, a song request template can be supplied at time of booking or I’ve recommended to some clients to create a Spotify playlist which is accessible on their phone. This means that any song can be instantly added the moment it pops into your head so you never forget!  This can then be shared with ourselves from day 1 & we can create a plan for the evening based around some of the songs within this list. For Wedding bookings this is used to get a feel for the kind of music you like as a couple however I have also recommended to clients to even ask your guests in advance to name 2 songs that they would dance to.

We also offer personalised song request slips which can be placed around the room for your guests to submit their requests throughout the night. (example below).

Do you have your own Equipment?

Yes! All equipment provided is owned and maintained by PJ’s Entertainment, this is all of high quality and in the vast majority of cases less than 12 months old! As a company we are continuously investing in the best sound & lighting to meet our customer needs.

Are all the pictures on your website your own?

Yes! All images shown on our website & social media are our own, you will never find a stock image used to promote our services.
Check our our setup gallery here or check out our Facebook Page for up to date event photos.

What does your DJ Setup Look Like?

When it comes to the look of the DJ setup we do not take a “one size fits all” approach and the look can be tailored to suit your vision, venue, colour scheme, or even a particular theme of your choosing, below are some examples of our most popular full white personalised Wedding DJ setup, both of these clients requested a slightly different look to the finished article to suit their vision for the 1st Dance.
